We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Paid plans (such as Culinary Club tiers) are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees, renewals, and cancellations are handled through our payment provider. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Canceling stops future renewals but does not usually refund the current period.

Recipes, text, images, branding, and other materials on CookKit are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and use them for personal cooking. You may not republish or commercially exploit our content without permission. If you submit comments, messages, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the service.

CookKit may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (for example payment, email, or analytics). We are not responsible for those third parties' content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.

CookKit provides recipes and cooking information for general guidance. Results can vary based on ingredients, equipment, skill, and other factors. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Always use safe food-handling practices and follow local regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CookKit and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to CookKit is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of CookKit after changes means you accept the updated terms.
